Emamectin Benzoate is a neurotoxin that affects the chloride channels in the nervous systems of pests. It promotes the release of glutamate and gamma-aminobutyric acid from nerve endings. This enhances their binding to receptors on cell membranes. As a result, a large amount of chloride ions enters the nerve cells. This leads to the loss of nerve cell function and inhibits nerve conduction, causing paralysis and death in pests.
Emamectin Benzoate has stomach toxicity and some contact killing effects. It does not have systemic action, but it has strong permeability. After spraying, it can be easily absorbed by crops and penetrate into the epidermis.
Indoxacarb is an organic compound and a broad-spectrum oxadiazine insecticide. It has unique action characteristics. It quickly converts into N2-decarbomethoxy metabolites within insects.
